Scooter Braun siblings-American business magnate and music executive, Scott Samuel “Scooter” Braun was born on June 18, 1981.
Braun was born in New York City in the United States of America to Susan Braun and Ervin Braun. He shares the same parents as his four siblings; Adam, Liza, Sam, and Cornelio.
He graduated from Greenwich High School and was chosen as the class president.
Braun played basketball in college while attending Emory University in Atlanta up to his sophomore year.
Braun left college before earning his degree after Jermaine Dupri asked him to lead marketing at his record label, So So Def.
Scooter Braun career
When Braun was a student at Emory University, he started planning events. Braun was engaged in 2002 to organize the after-parties for the Ludacris and Eminem-led Anger Management Tour in each of the five locations.
Braun first encountered Jermaine Dupri, the head of So So Def Records, as a result of his entry into the hip-hop culture. Braun joined So So Def at the age of 19 and was named the organization’s executive director for marketing at the age of 20 by Dupri.

Parties during the 2003 NBA All-Star Game and after-parties for Britney Spears’ Onyx Hotel Tour were a couple of his bigger events.
By brokering a $12 million campaign arrangement between Ludacris and Pontiac, Braun left So So Def and launched his own marketing company. The music video for Ludacris’ “Two Miles an Hour” included a Pontiac, and the song was featured in Pontiac’s ads.
Justin Bieber’s mother traveled to Atlanta for a no-obligation trial period after Braun started dating him. Braun eventually persuaded them to relocate permanently from Canada to the US.
Justin Timberlake and Usher both indicated interest, and Justin Bieber agreed to sign with Island Def Jam through a joint venture with Raymond-Braun Media Group (RBMG).
2013 saw Braun recruit Ariana Grande to his record company. Psy, Tori Kelly, Carly Rae Jepsen, Martin Garrix, Kanye West, the Black Eyed Peas, David Guetta, Lil Dicky, and other artists had their careers managed by Braun as well.

By purchasing half of the management firms of Jason Owens’ Sandbox Entertainment, Morris Higham, Brandon Creed, and Troy Carter, and a collaboration with Future and Drake, Braun became the largest music management organization.
Never Say Never, a documentary about Justin Bieber, was produced by Braun and was listed as “one of the highest-grossing music documentaries in domestic box office history” by MTV in 2011.
The movie had a $13 million budget yet made over $100 million in total. Burden, Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil, The Giver, The Boy from Medellin, and other films were among those Braun served as executive producer on.
Additionally, Braun served as executive producer for the 2014–2018 drama Scorpion on CBS. Variety claimed in 2018 that FX had ordered a pilot of Braun’s comedy Dave, executive-produced by Kevin Hart and Lil Dicky.
Dave was the most-watched program in FX history during its debut season. His business SB Projects and Amazon Studios reached a first-look agreement in July 2019 that covered both television and movie scripts.
Film and television projects from Braun’s SB Projects are being produced for Fox, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon. Braun, a seasoned investor, is a partner with TQ Ventures.
Braun was a pioneering investor in a number of companies, including Uber, Spotify, Waze, DropBox, Pinterest, Lyft, Ro, Noom, and Liquid I.V. In 2021, the purchase of holdings firm Ithaca increased Braun’s net worth above $1 billion.
In 2015, Braun invited Hillary Clinton to his house for a fundraiser. He sponsored a fundraiser in 2019 supporting Kamala Harris’ 2020 run for president. He backed Rick Caruso, a developer, for mayor of Los Angeles in 2022.
